By purchasing our fonts, you are agreeing to be bound by our Licence Agreements.

Fabio Haag Type accepts multiple payment options:
PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account balance, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance, securely processed directly from Paypal.
Credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Elo, American Express), online debit, bank slip, deposit account and balance transfer between PagSeguro accounts, processed directly by PagSeguro.

Payment information
For any credit card transactions performed on this site, the name that will appear on your statement will be “FABIOHAAGTYPE.COM”. “Fabio Haag Type” is the trading name of VLF Design Ltda, a registered privately held company in Brazil. Our legal address is Rua Oswaldo Cruz, 73/301, Sapiranga/RS, 93819-022, Brazil.

Refunds
All sales of font software are final. Sorry, but we can neither refund money nor swap incorrect font licence purchases. There is no way for us to verify that you no longer hold copies of the font software. If the font software is defective it shall be replaced by the same software if accompanied with purchase receipt and we are notified within 10 days of purchase.
